What we collect when you write to us, why, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

Gyom Technology Service (GTS), in Conakry, Guinea. For any question about your data: contact@gyom-tech.com.

What we collect

When you write to us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, the chosen subject and your message. Nothing else: the site asks for no account and no payment.

To protect the form from automated submissions, Cloudflare checks that you are not a robot, using technical information about your browser.

Why

Only to answer you and follow up on your request. We do not sell your data and do not add you to any list without your consent.

Who processes it

  • The GTS team, who read your message and answer you.
  • Resend, which delivers the message to our mailbox.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site, protects the form and counts visits.

These providers may process the data outside Guinea, in particular in the United States.

How long

We keep your message for twelve months after our last exchange, then delete it, unless an ongoing project or contract requires keeping it longer.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets a single cookie, which remembers the language you chose. It sets no advertising or tracking cookie.

Visits are counted by Cloudflare, without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@gyom-tech.com. We answer within one month.

These rights are provided by Guinean law L/2016/037/AN on cybersecurity and the protection of personal data, and by the laws of the country where you live.
